Acacia, is a monofloral raw honey harvested in early spring. Due to its high fructose level it remains 'runny' for approximately 2 years.

Acacia is a monofloral spring honey, and arguably Europe's favourite. It is produced from the blossom of the Acacia tree (the flowers are also used in the production of perfume and cosmetics) The honey is pale and translucent in colour, and has a high fructose to glucose ratio, thereby ensuring it remains 'runny' for approximately two years.
